We offer a wide range of services from infant to adults, including prenatal and end of life care. Physicals, women’s health exams, laboratory services and x-ray are available on site. We are able to do minor surgical procedures such as removal of warts, skin tags, and cancerous skin lesions. Conditions we treat include: heart disease, hypertension, cholesterol, diabetes, anxiety, depression, chronic pain, and more. We treat injuries from sports, Motor Vehicle accidents, and Worker Compensation. Our team utilizes services from every major hospital and specialist in the area. Our on-site specialists include Thomas Dobleman, MD, ENT and the team of providers from Midwest Allergy and Asthma Clinic: Drs. Brownell, Nelson, Kelly, Segura and Shakir.

Our Story

Doctors Mantler and Naegele founded Papillion Family Medicine in 2001.

We built our Medical Plaza beginning in 2004, and have enjoyed this central location ever since!

We are an independent medical clinic, but hold certification from all of the hospitals in the area,

Nebraska Health and Human Services, FDA, DEA, and the American Board of Family Medicine.

We have no ties to pharmaceutical companies, or other outside influencers.

At this time we do not publish labs, on the web because of ongoing hacking,

and because we deeply respect your privacy.
