Do I need to see a Doctor? Many factors can help establish whether you need a medical visit. If you are a patient here, you are welcome to call and ask for the advise of our nurses. We may suggest an Office Visit, but be prepared that if your case is life-threatening, we will tell you to go the nearest Emergency Room or to call 911.
-
What to do before a visit:Try to gather your medical history, including any current and past medications, and write these things down. Think about what questions you want answered and what is important to you to get treated. Fill out the history and insurance forms, which can be downloaded from this site. Arrive 15 minutes early if you need to fill out forms here, 5 minutes early for a typical appoint. Thank you!
